A local church is a community of baptized Christ-followers who covenant together to proclaim the Gospel, study the Scriptures, observe the two New Testament ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper, worship together corporately, minister to one another, serve the body with their respective spiritual gifts, pray, and encourage one another in the faith. Church membership then is the covenant relationship between an individual Christ-follower and a particular community of Christ-followers indicating that individual believer belongs to that community of Christians.
The following is our five-step process:
There are a variety of options for initiating this process. The most common is to take the decision form out of the worship service info guide, fill out one's contact info and drop the white form into the green offering bag when it comes by during the service or in one of the black tithe boxes in the lobby. One can also take the form and give it to any staff member or bring it with you to the pastor during the response segment of any worship service.
