Easter represents an incredible opportunity to reach the people in our community who do not attend church with the gospel. In addition to our worship services at 9:00, 10:15 & 11:30, we have a family-friendly celebration planned with egg hunts, train rides, a petting zoo, food, and more. Your help is needed to make our 2023 Easter celebration a great event for our community!

ACTIVE8 Kids Camp is a 5-day evangelism event held on the campus of NEHBC for children who have completed Kinder-6th grade. Children participate in a Gospel-centered Bible study, high-energy worship, multiple activities, games, and much more! Over 150 adult and teen volunteers are needed to serve on this local mission to reach our community with the Gospel.

God's design is that his church would be a visible representation of Christ’s witness on earth. NEHBC maintains his witness in our community by hosting a weekly worship service, along with various other ministry opportunities. NEHBC is entering a new era of growth as we emerge from the pandemic season; therefore, in order to continue to provide an environment where the lost can hear the gospel and be saved and discipled, we need a multitude of volunteers to create an environment for the Holy Spirit to do his work.

FEED THE FIFTH

November 21 | 6-8 PM | 3625 Gager Street

On Monday, November 21 from 6-8 pm, we will Feed the Fifth by serving a great Thanksgiving dinner to the friends & neighbors of Northeast Houston Community Center. Volunteers are needed to prep and serve dinner, share the gospel one-on-one with guests, assist with children’s crafts, and distribute take-home food boxes. Join this local evangelism effort to share the gospel with Houston’s Fifth Ward. See the dates and times available for you to serve HERE.
