Come celebrate the magic of Christmas with Northeast at the Humble City Christmas Parade!

6-9 pm | December 5, 2023

In the Bible, Acts 5:42 tells us that the early Christians witnessed every day by going house-to-house and by proclaiming the Gospel in the temple courts, the gathering place of the people in their day. We want to do the same by taking the Gospel to a gathering place in our community: the Humble City Christmas Parade.

Each year thousands of people gather to celebrate the season, spend time together, and watch a parade down Humble’s Main Street. Northeast will set up a tent to hand out refreshments, Christmas necklaces, and host a craft table for kids. We will pass out tracts and invitations to our Christmas Eve services. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with our community and invite them to come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior.

  • Prepare and serve refreshments
  • Hand out necklaces
  • Assist the craft table
  • Share the gospel
  • Set up & clean up

If you would like to participate, please volunteer below to help us take the gospel to our community this Christmas Season.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Parade Day Information:

We will gather at 119 E Main St, directly across the street from Humble Camera Center to distribute food, necklaces, and gospel material. Parking is available at several locations (highlighted in pink on the map) but parking is limited as there will be a lot of traffic in downtown Humble for the parade. There are several large retail spaces within a few blocks where you could park and walk to the location.

The weather for Tuesday looks to be unseasonably warm in the mid-70s. We will be providing t-shirts for everyone who is participating in the parade but they will not be available until you arrive. Please wear something that will allow you to slip on a t-shirt when you arrive. This event will happen rain or shine, so please come if you volunteered to serve. We will have tents and a shelter if it starts to rain.
