Summer Host Homes

Wednesdays in June & July

Students are responsible for their own rides.

Wednesday nights during the summer, we meet off-campus in homes of NEHBC members for swimming, fellowship & Bible Study (Middle School & High School in separate homes). Download a complete list of host home locations here.

Summer Mission Trips

It is our vision at NEHBC that every student go on at least one stateside, and at least one international mission trip before they graduate from high school. Therefore, the trips we offer to students every summer are chosen with this end in mind. The Middle School Mission Trip is an "Intro to Missions" trip, putting an initial love for the nations in students' hearts. The High School trips are designed to further propel students to love the nations, and to take the gospel to UPGs. For more information about Summer Mission Trips for Students, go to nehbc.com/missiontrips.

2018 Mission Trips:
Middle School - New Orleans, LA - June 16-23
High School - Long Island, NYC - July 6-14
High School - Estonia - July 19-28

These questions and more will be explored through plenary sessions and topical breakouts offered all weekend.

Fusion Weekend

August 17-18

Fusion Weekend is our annual Welcome Event for a new class of 7th grade students. Seventh Graders will spend 24-hours getting immersed in the Student Ministry, before their first Sunday with us.

How is being in the Student Ministry different from being in Route56?
What can a student expect on a typical Sunday morning or Wednesday night?
What mission trips are open to students?
What in the world does our logo mean?

Fusion Weekend is a don't-miss event, as we "fuse" a new group of students into the Student Ministry.

If you have questions, contact our Student Ministry Associate, Kayla: kwilliams@nehbc.com

Promotion Sunday

A new round of LifeGroups kicks off Aug 19. All students will promote to their new classes, reflecting their grade for the 2018-19 school year.

This Fall, we kick off a new LifeGroups format. During the 9:00 hour, students will meet together in Room 216 at tables reflective of their LifeGroup. A Large Group Teacher will deliver a lesson, and students will discuss at their tables, under the direction of their LifeGroup Facilitator.

Back to School Bash

WEDNESDAY, August 22

Let's welcome in  the new school year with our annual "Back to School Bash"--held on the first Wednesday Gathering for students of the school year. This year's theme coming soon!

AUG 29-SEPT 19

Last year, we committed to begin the new school year by "rushing" our schools with the gospel--we shared it over 200 times in 1 month. This year, we're doing it again! Our Wednesday night lessons will focus on evangelism, as we come together to report the week's progress.
